For our final post this week, we take a look at the top websites being visited via tablet computers.

Google remains top of the pile, although it saw a slight drop from 72% to 68% between Q1 and Q4 2013.

In contrast, the rest of the most visited sites all recorded rises, with Amazon jumping the most (from 34% to 44%).

Perhaps most significantly, though, the nature of these sites gives further evidence that tablets are becoming increasingly important social, entertainment and content-consumption devices – a trend we expect to strengthen.
