Following the news that IKEA are reviewing their media agency suppliers, you can now download our Profiling Furniture Buyers infographic for free here. This infographics gives a snapshot of furniture buyers’ digital behavior, including their social media activities, device preferences and brand engagement.

Mobile and social are key to engaging furniture buyers. 85% of this audience personally own a smartphone and, on average, they are online via a mobile for about two and a half hours per day (a figure that is rising each year, as time on PC/laptops declines). What’s more, it’s now close to half of younger furniture buyers who say that smartphones are their most important device. And this enthusiasm for mobile is clearly impacting their social media activities – two thirds are using Facebook Messenger, while over half use WhatsApp.

When you download this infographic, you can also find out how many furniture buyers are following brands on social media, how this audience discovers new brands and what channels they use for product research.

And if you want to gain even deeper insights into this audience, like how many furniture buyers are researching products online, how much time they spend on social media each day and what are the most popular websites among this audience, then get in touch – hello@globalwebindex.net
