For our final post this week, we look at more data from our new GWI Social report (you can download a free summary here) to examine the top behaviors on Facebook by device.
Although the PC and laptop audiences are still by far the greatest in terms of size, it’s strikingly clear that the migration to portable devices continues apace: in terms of the numbers doing them each month, all Facebook behaviors are either steady or in decline via PCs/Laptops but are rising via mobiles and tablets.
Sharing article links has seen the biggest rise of all on mobiles – reflecting their increasing importance as content discovery and consumption devices.
