With the introduction of new markets and a revised questionnaire designed to provide enhanced visibility of platform specific, multi-device platform activities we are now required to extend the fieldwork period and have consequently decided that we are going to be moving Wave 7 into Q2 of 2012 and subsequent waves will be fielded in line with the quarters.
This will have marginal impact on delivery timelines but not affect data access but rather ensure a more comprehensive and valuable dataset for our clients moving forward.
The update will specifically address:
- The need to understand platform specific active Vs Inactive accounts and platform specific behaviour.
- Understand the multi-device use of platforms which is becoming increasingly more important.
To ensure that existing questions are measurable going forward we are retaining the original questions until the transition is complete.
